Skimmr and Fotoshop aren't on the laptop

Read the server console when tr_fraud starts. With a tr_laptop older than 1.1.0, tr_fraud's apps and devices stay off it and the console says so: update tr_laptop and restart it. Fotoshop is found with the search in the laptop's browser; Skimmr isn't in the search at all, it's downloaded in the Terminal (see Trying it out).

The server console says tr_fraud needs a newer tr_core

Update tr_core to 1.5.0 or newer, and restart the server.

Victims only give written replies

Without an AI key, or while the AI can't be used, new conversations are written ones. Check, in order:

• texts.mode in config.lua is 'ai'.
• The key is in server.cfg as set tr_fraud_ai_key "..." (not setr), and the server was restarted after.
• The server console: it says when the provider refuses the key or can't be reached, and tries again after texts.ai.retry minutes.
• texts.ai.dailyTokens isn't used up for the day.

A victim can't be texted

Only one player can text a victim at a time, and a victim who was texted sits out for a while after (texts.cooldown). A burnt phone (its SIM's 20 conversations used) texts nobody new: use another burner phone.

Nearby share doesn't find the laptop

The laptop has to be close by, open, logged in and on LeafOS. Whoever is using it is asked to take the card first.

The props are missing or look wrong after an update

Players need to reconnect fully (quit FiveM and join again) to load new props.

The items don't show up

Your inventory reads its items when the server starts. Restart the whole server, not only the resource, and check the item names match config.lua.

A store has no card terminal, or it stands in the wrong place

Place one by hand with /fraud_terminal and add the line it prints to terminals.spots. See Card terminals.

Discord roles don't let anyone in

The server console says when the bot's token or the server's id is missing, or when Discord refuses the bot. The bot has to be in your Discord server, and players need Discord running when they join FiveM. See Discord roles.

Logs don't arrive

The server console says when a webhook or key is missing or refused. Check logs.enabled = true, the part is on in logs.events, and the webhook is set with set, not setr. See Logs.
